Michael W.
First of all, I learned that the best way for me is to accept the struggle. I'm not gonna fight or deny it. Depending on if it's music related or not, my strategy varies. If it's music related, I step aside from playing Drums / making music for a few days. I ride my bike in nature, talk to good friends, read a book, etc. Just to get away. And then, when I calmed down and am able to think clearly, I will find a solution. If it's not music related, I will play Drums and make music. This helps every time, refreshes my brain and thoughts, and shows me, how lucky I am to have this gift of making/creating Music. That will remain, no matter what the problem is. So it puts every other thing in perspective. And to remember the fact, that I am very lucky to be born in a country where nobody is shooting at me, and I have enough to eat. That helps to find a solution.
